A new funding programme has opened for Army Regimental and Corps charities, aimed at projects designed to build comradeship among veterans from recent conflicts. The Armed Forces Covenant Trust Fund is running this funding programme and is taking grant applications until 10th March 2022.
Applicants would need to demonstrate a project’s focus on comradeship, which can include building connections across their veteran communities. Applicants could use a grant to:
- Use digital media to engage with more veterans
- Use digital media to encourage more veterans to interact with each other
- Offer activities to veterans through digital means
- Offer face to face activities for veterans
- Or do something else, as long as it is clearly related to building comradeship, and meets the Armed Forces Covenant Trust Fund’s programme guidance.
