Grant given to Hft to support dependents in the Army family with learning disabilities
ABF The Soldiers’ Charity has given a grant to Hft, a charity that provides services for people with learning disabilities throughout England. The Soldiers’ Charity has been providing assistance to Hft for more than 25 years and the latest grant is for £20,000.
Hft’s CEO Robert Longley-Cook said about the recent donation from The Soldiers’ Charity: “We are absolutely thrilled to receive the recent donation of £20,000 from The Soldiers’ Charity towards our work supporting people with learning disabilities, and particularly the close Army dependents living in our services.”
“Our relationship with The Soldiers’ Charity started in 1990 and since then we have been lucky enough to have received more than £270,000 in donations which have enabled us to ensure that the people we support lead the best lives they can. We are deeply grateful for the support we have received and the interest shown in our work over so many years.”
