We are pleased to announce that we are part of a unique product line-up for Christmas 2022, alongside 47 other charities. The feel-good festive range has been revealed in partnership with John Lewis by the non-profit social enterprise, Advent of Change, which pioneered the UK’s first advent calendar with a charity behind each door.
This year, the flagship calendars are returning alongside brand-new products aiming to help even more charities. We are proud to join the Advent of Change movement, and will feature in the below products:
We are delighted for our charity to be featured in this premium advent calendar (£32.95), which is completely plastic-free. Perfect for gifting to a friend, or bringing the family together back through giving, this latest edition of the best-selling advent calendar donates £1 to each of the 24 amazing charities; local, national and international.
Charity Christmas crackers
We are proud to have been included in a brand-new design of six eco-friendly charity Christmas crackers (£25.95) available in silver or red. They really bring charity to the dinner table, donating £2 per cracker to six wonderful charities. Each cracker contains one of 24 charity donations on a beautifully designed card bauble, a joke written by a renowned celebrity and, of course, a tissue paper hat.
About Advent of Change
Advent of Change began with founder Kristina Salceanu’s idea to reverse the consumerist nature of Christmas and bring back the giving spirit, but it quickly captured the imagination of many others.
The innovative social enterprise caught the attention of John Lewis & Partners, which will again be stocking the calendars in stores and online this year.
Advent of Change has also secured a number of exciting endorsements from household names such as Richard Branson, Joanna Lumley, Greg James, Lawrence Dallaglio and has even received an award from the Prime Minister for its outstanding contribution to charity and the community.
The Advent of Change range is available to buy online via the Advent of Change website adventofchange.com and John Lewis & Partners.
